Jesse is a dynamic international affairs strategist and with a focus in US foreign policy, social impact, and human rights. He has practical experience in foreign policy research and writing, strategic communications, and global health + primary education, and has lived, worked, and studied in North, South, and Central America, The Caribbean, Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociocultural anthropology from Boston University and a master's degree from the University of Miami's Master of Arts in International Administration (MAIA) program. He currently resides in Washington, DC, where he works as a manager in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution. Jesse sits on the advisory board of the Sundara Fund, an NGO providing funding and strategic support to social impact entrepreneurs in the fields of water, education, hygiene, and sanitation for communities in developing nations.
